Dental Imagery

Imaging technology has come a long way. In addition to our two dimensional digital imaging, we have the ability to view your tooth with high resolution 3D imaging (CBCT) to improve our diagnostic process, reducing your time in the dental chair, and increasing the success of root canal procedures. The CBCT can also help identify crack presence and extension, as well as locate hidden canals and extra roots in your teeth.

The Dental Operating Microscope

We utilize a dental operating microscope (DOM) throughout all dental procedures in the office. The DOM allows for endodontic access that minimizes tooth structure removal, allows for identification of complex anatomy, identify problems, such as cracks, and provides you with a more conservative treatment. All of these are important for the long-term survival of your tooth.

Electronic Apex Locator

An electronic apex locator is an instrument that supplements your endodontist, aiding them in determining the true length of each canal in your tooth.
